Our pool table, table tennis table, table football and darts board are available during your stay. The vintage Fordson Major tractor is a very popular feature!
There is also a playing field, perfect for a kick about, plus a basketball hoop, climbing frame, slide and swings.

About the accommodation
Our spacious accommodation sleeps up to 22 guests in the main barn, with an additional two in the annexe. Choose from nine beautifully appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind.
On the ground floor, you’ll find three King bedrooms and one twin room.
On the first floor, there is another King, 2 doubles, a further twin and a family room (sleeps six) with two sets of bunk beds and a double ensuite. Perfect for families travelling together. Four of the first-floor bedrooms boast ensuite facilities for added privacy and convenience.
Your little ones will feel right at home here, with plenty of space to play and explore. They can enjoy the playground and kick a ball around the playing fields. Older children will love taking a dip in the seven-person hot tub or relaxing on the lawn. Inside, the barn offers ample room for family bonding, with cosy spaces to retreat to with a book or game.
Gather around the wood burner, settle in for a movie night or stream your favourite shows with the lightning-fast 90mbs broadband. We also provide three travel cots (no linen) and three high chairs for our youngest guests.
For groups and parties, there’s plenty of space to relax, unwind and enjoy great food and time together. Our central location in the heart of rural Worcestershire means there are plenty of local places to explore.
